Ensuring a well-trained and knowledgeable workforce is essential for sustainable development and innovation in this domain. However, training and scientific pedagogical capacity building in this field face several challenges. This article examines the key problems encountered and proposes potential solutions to enhance education, research, and professional development in architecture and construction.
